Below is a general outline of the coaching process. Please keep in mind that coaching is highly personalized to your individual goals and needs. All coaching sessions are held in confidence.

  • Complimentary Bliss Breakthrough Session — 45-minute session by phone

During this free session you’ll experience what coaching with me is like. We’ll explore what you want more of in your life, your dreams and goals or simply just what’s on your mind and what brought you to want coaching. You’ll walk away with some action to take immediately or a new perspective on your current situation to help move you forward!

  • 3 and 6 Month Coaching Packages including Regularly Scheduled Coaching Sessions — 50-60 minutes, every 1 to 2 weeks

You’ll use some of this time to explore where you are at, give status on your action plan, share current challenges and successes and deepen your learning. We’ll use the Guided Answer Process to coach you around whatever comes up in the moment while I will ensure that your bigger picture is always being held. Inside the Guided Answers Process, we will often use different modalities of healing, including Diamond Heart Approach inspired breath work, Voice Dialogue/Parts Work, Access Consciousness, Family Constellations, and EFT.

Also, you’ll have a thought-provoking inquiry to reflect on and/or some type of committed action to take before the next session. These assignments will help you to continue surfacing valuable insights and keep your momentum going. Often, the rich learning comes during the quality time you spend engaging with these questions in-between the coaching. Integrating the insights and revelations you have during our work together will be instrumental in brining the changes you create into your every day life.

  • Family Constellations Work — 90 – 120 minutes

There are times when I’m working with a client that patterns seem to be engrained well beyond one lifetime. If things are feeling especially stuck, and you’ve “worked on” an issue for a long time with little or no visible change, it can be that a family constellation is called for.

Invented in Germany about 20 years ago by Bert Hellinger, Family Constellations theory states that things occuring up to seven generations back can continue to affect our lives. A tragedy in the life of a great-great-grandmother can be “passed down” and tend to repeat itself until the original issue is addressed and healed. Doing a Family Constellation can heal this original issue; I have been trained by a student of Bert Hellinger to facilitate this work.

  • Completion

Once you feel you’ve met all the goals you set out to accomplish when you started coaching and you’re on your way to living the life you’ve always wanted, we’ll make sure to bring a formal close to our coaching in a meaningful and ceremonial way.

If we use it as a quarterly check-in, we’ll review how far you’ve come and where you’re going next. We’ll conduct a final session where we’ll highlight what you’ve learned, your accomplishments and challenges, etc. and we’ll identify ways for you to sustain success.

It’s a great way to just step back and reflect on your progress. Most importantly, we’ll celebrate who you’ve become!
